We had an amazing time watching Justin Timberlake. Everything was well-organized, and we didn't have to wait in any lines. Safe.

🎶 Luis Miguel’s concert at the SAP Center in San Jose was an energetic blend of versatility, passion, and timeless hits. His powerful vocals, stage presence, and visual spectacle left the crowd exhilarated. If you ever get a chance to see him live "🎉 Step into the SAP Center and get ready for a wild ride! From thrilling sports action to heart-pounding concerts, this place is buzzing with energy. Great views, tasty eats, and awesome staff make every visit unforgettable. Don't miss out – it's a must-visit spot for fun-seekers of all kinds! 🏒🎶"

What a beautiful building! I enjoyed my 1st hockey game here today. The weather was gorgeous. The seat tickets were cheap but extremely tight seatings. You'd have to get up for your neighbors to walk by. Other than that, the food was okay. There were plenty of drinks, alcohol and non alcohol. There were self checkout for some snack stations. There was plenty of vendors with merchandise to sell. There was even an ice cream and taco vendor. I will definitely be back with my kids.

Being a season ticket holder and one of the first 2,000 people to sign up. This team has done nothing but let me down. From a poor expansion draft to the unwillingness to make effort to get top talent players. The ticket prices are the highest in the league and season ticket holders get very little benefits. 16k a season for upper bowl is ridiculous.

The Sharks game was awesome! I loved how the arena really glowed with the lights, San Jose won 2 to 1, they played great music, and the arena itself was beautiful! Without doubt I strongly recommend going if you are in San Jose! Have a great day!🏒🥅❤️⛸️😃🦈🇺🇸

Absolutely amazing venue to host a party at. I was fortunate enough to spend the evening in one of the Penthouse Suites. The food was amazing with dishes of chicken, ribs, pork slices, and pizza. They waited until all the guests arrived and brought amazing platters of Sushi. There was a huge tub of delicious popcorn to snack on all game long. I went there for a Sharks game and was grateful to see them finish with a 2-1 victory over the Winnipeg Jets. How wild is it to say I saw the Sharks battle the Jets on ice. A rather Shakespearean affair set up with a dramatic evening. All the world is truly a Stage and we are merely players as the playwright would say. I highly recommend obtaining a parking pass for the ABC lot because it made life so much easier pulling in and leaving. The people at the ticket were kind and courteous at the entrance and carried the smiles as we left as well. SAP Center really is a top notch venue for entertainment. It was my first, but it will not be my last time. Thanks for a great time.

Non responsive customer support. Took five calls and emails (or submissions on their contact site) to even get someone to reply who then didn't even address the issue.

It's great to finally have an NHL team in Seattle!! Even though their inaugural season has been rough, the fan support has been outstanding.😀😎

Partnering with root sports was a huge mistake.. I have included photos of roots google play reviews.. SO NOT NORTHWEST with their blackouts for streaming if you live in seattle or the northwest at all and next to nothing as far as streaming partnerships.. its embarrassing the kraken thought this was a good move. Well considering their season so far they are great at poor decisions already. Have fun with the Mariners and low viewership. Should have gone with ESPN instead of second hand thrift store root.
